House stock leaves Mérida on our own trucks. Where a figure includes partner capacity, the owned share is stated right next to it — and the cross-rental is our job to coordinate, not yours.

Mérida holds the warehouse. Cancún and Los Cabos get their gear on our own trucks.
We own across every department: audio, lighting, LED, staging, rigging, power and crew. Where a figure above includes partner capacity, the owned share is stated next to it, and anything cross-rented is named as such on the quote — never passed off as house stock.
RF and in-ear monitoringTrucking a system into the Yucatán costs you freight, a customs broker and transit days, and it ties up inventory you could be working at home. The rig is already here, and it goes out most weekends with the engineers who know it.

Meyer Sound for touring hangs. RCF, European-built, for everything else on the calendar.
Both systems live in the Mérida warehouse, move on our own trucks, and go out with a FOH engineer, a monitor engineer and a systems tech. Nothing in this list gets sub-rented on the day of.
European-built · Reggio Emilia, Italy
RCF is European: it has been building loudspeakers in Reggio Emilia, Italy, since 1949. The HDL30-A is a powered two-way line array with amplification and processing on board: it flies, it aims, it works, and there are no amp racks on the deck. It covers corporate, conventions, mid-size festivals and any show that does not call for the full Meyer rig.

|---|---|
| Meyer Sound PANTHER | Full-range touring line array |
| Meyer Sound LYON | Full-range line array for mid-size hangs |
| Meyer Sound LFC-1100 | Cardioid low-frequency control element |
| Meyer Sound UPJ | Front fill for the first rows |
| Meyer Sound Galileo | GALAXY 816 and CALISTO 616 for system alignment |

| RCF 9006-AS | Powered subs for the RCF system |
| Yamaha CL5 and DM7 | FOH and mons, with RIO 3224 stage racks |
| Allen & Heath dLive 7000 · Midas M32 | Second package for mons or a B stage |

What holds the show up when the room has nothing to hang from.
Tomcat is the structural standard on international touring. Ours goes up against a signed drawing before the first truck arrives: load points calculated, towers plumb, and a grid braced in both directions. In a room with no steel, this is what turns a courtyard, a plaza or a ballroom into a stage that can carry audio, lighting and wall overhead.

The grid is not a single cross — it is braced both ways.

Every pick calculated and placed before the build.
The drawing goes out before the build, not after. That is what lets the venue and the producer sign off without an argument.
Final configuration depends on the rider, the venue and the scope of the show.

Front of house and back of house — the layer that takes the weight off the person producing.
Front of house is the advance: venue scouting, plots, comms for the whole team, one-lines and signage. Back of house is the load-in and load-out, the forklift and genie work, the build, the strike, and solving in the room what the drawings did not catch.

Every circuit labeled before anything is energized

Every RF channel numbered in its foam

Extinguishers counted before doors

Comms and headsets for the whole crew

Our own power, tied in on site

Heavy picks on our own equipment
None of these are show photos. All of them are from the hours when the show gets decided.
We read it, size it and tell you straight whether we cover it end to end.
Broken out by department, with a load-in schedule and clear terms. No fine print.
An assigned production manager runs the load-in, the build, checks, show and load-out.
One technical contact, an advance done properly, and a crew that can think on its feet when the day asks for it.

Best show we've had in Mexico I can't remember in how long. You guys kicked a**.
The crew worked fast and very professionally to give us a great event with the short amount of time we had.
Excellent work, every time. I've found a partner I can count on, whatever the hour.
It has never mattered whether the room holds 10 people or 3,000. The attention to detail is the same.

And many more.
A worship rider looks very little like a band rider, and that is where most vendors come up short. Here is what changes:
Full band plus the worship team and singers. That is far more bodies and far more monitor sends than a four-piece show.
The whole worship team works on in-ears end to end. The PSM1000 package covers the stage and the singers without splitting borrowed mixes.
The room sings along. The wall carries live lyrics and changes content every song, with its own operator and its own processing.
Beyond the artist there is a pastor, a host and the ministry moment. Those are RF channels coordinated separately, and they cannot drop out in a quiet room.
There are show moments and there are ministry moments. The programming has to come down without going dark, and that gets decided with the worship leader before the build.
Many dates land in rooms rented by the day or in churches on a schedule. The load-in is planned to get in and out inside that window.
Send us the rider for the artist or the ministry and we send back a proposed counter-spec, at a special rate.
Church conferences, artist tours and worship nights run on their own calendar, their own budget and their own build. Christian Yáñez handles this line.

Yes, and it is why the audio inventory runs deep in both brands. A production coming from the United States or from central Mexico saves freight, customs brokerage and transit days by working off the rig already in market: Meyer Sound PANTHER and LYON, Shure Axient Digital RF, PSM1000 in-ears, and Yamaha CL5 or DM7 desks, with our own FOH and monitor engineers. Send the rider first and we confirm coverage line by line.
Yes. Riders, input lists, patch sheets and stage plots go back and forth in English, and the quote comes back in English broken out by department. Show day runs in English with the touring party as well.
Two complete systems. Meyer Sound is the main rig: PANTHER and LYON line array, LFC-1100 subs, UPJ front fills and Galileo processing. The second is RCF, European-built: HDL30-A powered line array with its 9006-AS subs. Control is Yamaha CL5 and DM7 with RIO racks, plus Allen & Heath dLive 7000 and Midas M32. RF and in-ears are Shure Axient Digital and PSM1000. We size the hang against your rider and the room.
We cross-rent it from partner houses in Mérida and coordinate it ourselves, so you still deal with one technical contact and one quote. Anything that comes in that way is named as a cross-rental on the quote instead of being passed off as house stock, and it is confirmed before you sign. It is most common on LED wall above 1,600 sq ft and on large motor counts.
For fourth-quarter dates in the southeast, lock in between September and October — that is when system and crew availability in Mérida and Cancún runs out. Outside high season, four to six weeks is usually enough. Short-notice dates get checked against the real warehouse calendar before we say yes.
Yes. The three home markets are Mérida, Cancún and the Riviera Maya, and Los Cabos, and the inventory moves on our own trucks: two Freightliner M2s, two Ford F350s, a Sprinter and a forklift. Other cities are quoted case by case on scope and schedule.
About 1,600 sq ft of 3.9 mm wall is in house, with Novastar VX400 and VX1000 processing. Together with a partner house in Mérida we reach more than 9,600 sq ft in 3.9 and 2.6 mm. The owned share and the cross-rented share are both named on the quote. Final configuration depends on venue structure and viewing distance.
That is a large part of the calendar. Fermatta works as the local technical partner: inventory, crew and trucking on our side, the rider advanced before load-in, and your creative team running the show. Nothing gets shipped from central Mexico and no technical staff has to be housed.
